In addition, HouseGuard™ also is pleased to offer the Defy® line of Water Repellent products from Saver Systems®. Their Masonry Saver® fluid applied water repellents protect concrete and masonry surfaces to keep out the ill effects of water, salt, and weather. The silane and silicone based products offer superior performance, UV resistance, and deep penetrating properties. They seal and protect multiple surfaces by creating a transparent, long lasting, hydrophobic zone in the substrate to protect against the harmful effects of acid rain and waterborne chemicals.
