Dow Perimate® drainage/insulation board or approved drainage board is applied to cured membrane to channel water to approved foundation tile drain system and insulate foundation walls. Sealant or finish strip is placed along the top of the drainage board and foundation wall to seal gap. Foundation drainage tile should always be positively sloped away from foundation and approved by local code officials.
