Crack Injection Kits
HouseGuard™ TruStop™ Crack Injection Kits contain all you need for any crack repair, the materials are easy to use and quickly seal foundation cracks. Our three part TruStop™ Injection Kit System™ contains, Grout, Catalyst and Injection Ports. TruStop™ Grout and Catalyst are used with HouseGuard™ Disposable Injection Guns (sold separately) to inject and seal the most difficult cracks. TruStop™ Grout is a multi-purpose injection resin designed to seal leaking cracks, voids, or fractures in concrete surfaces. TruStop™ Catalyst activates the Grout to react with moisture in the concrete surface, expanding and crosslinking to form a watertight seal. When using TruStop Grout a 15-second reaction time may be achieved by mixing 1 part of TruStop Catalyst to 8 parts Grout. Faster reaction times may be achieved by use of additional Catalyst. TruStop™ Injection Ports are 5/8" mechanical ports constructed of a brass stem, extruded rubber bladder and ¼" X 28 grease injection type fitting. TruStop™ Crack Injection Kits come in three sizes: the TruStop™ Sample Kit, equipped with enough product to repair up to 2 cracks ; the Starter Kit, will supply you with the right amount of product to complete up to 14 cracks, and the Bulk Kit, a larger quantity of product for up to as many as 60 cracks. Other than death and taxes, one sure thing is that concrete will eventually crack. This can occur from either structural or non-structural reasons. Foundations or grounds settle and something has to give and the result is usually a crack in the foundation wall. Or the underlying cause may be something as simple as the concrete as it cures and dries out shrinks, cracks develop. And if there’s a crack, water will find a way to come in at some point or another.
