HouseGuard™ Waterproofing Membranes

• Are environmentally friendly, water-based, non-hazardous formulas that contain no damaging petroleum solvents. They are safe for workers and will not contaminate ground soils or release harmful vapors to the air.
• Spray on easily, allowing membranes to cure to consistent minimum film thicknesses of 40+ mils. Other products run or sag easily when applied and wind up with film inconsistencies as a thin as 10 mils or less.
• Bond well to damp and uncured walls reducing application time.
• Can be applied effectively in cold weather temperatures as low as 20°F.
• Will not degrade polystyrene insulating concrete forms like solvent based coatings do.
