Originally founded in 1955, HouseGuard™ is now part of the largest Asphalt Emulsion producer and Road Construction company in the world. Acquired in January 2006 from the privately held companies of the Terry family, HouseGuard™ continues to be a trusted name in waterproofing systems nationwide. Our waterproofing membranes are produced at our Alma, MI facility to tightly controlled quality standards. Our scientists and chemists strive to produce products that are based upon the latest waterborne technologies which utilize water as the carrier diluents, replacing hazardous petroleum solvents which can be harmful to workers and the environment. Each of our products are measured against conventional waterproofing and protective material standards to ensure that we deliver on what we sell. Our Sales Representatives are trained to provide both technical and sales assistance to our network of authorized applicators and distribution partners as well as homeowners, builders, and specifying architects and engineers.
